Leading Makeup Artist Kong Chung Ping 

 

Kong Chung Ping  is the founder and chief instructor of A&V Make Up School and Kong Chung Ping  Makeup Studio, boasting over 30 years of professional makeup experience. In 1988, he participated in a Hollywood film shoot in Hong Kong, and subsequently worked as a senior makeup artist at TVB for 12 years. In 1991, he furthered his studies at the Kryolan Professional Makeup School in Berlin, focusing on television, film, and stage makeup courses.

 

Driven by passion and ambition, traveled to Los Angeles in 2001 to complete the Master Program at Make-up Designory. During this period, he served as a consultant for a renowned French makeup brand, conducting demonstrations and training in the U.S. and Shanghai, and participated in the 2001 International Make-up Artist Trade Show.

 

Upon returning to Hong Kong, he founded A&V Make-up School, blending Hollywood's professional makeup techniques with over thirty years of practical experience to enhance the natural beauty of East Asian faces.

 

Over the years, Jiang has designed makeup for numerous celebrities, contributing to makeup work for concerts, album covers, films, television dramas, stage plays, and variety shows. He has also participated in endorsement shoots and promotional activities for various brands. While at TVB, he worked on numerous fashion and period dramas, providing professional makeup services for stage plays, large-scale events (such as the Miss Hong Kong pageant, charity shows, and singing competitions), television dramas, feature films, music videos, magazines, advertisements, concerts, and fashion and hairstyle shows.

 

In addition to his media work and designing makeup for artists, Kong participated in the 2002 Asia's largest hair exhibition, the Asia-Pacific Beauty Expo, where he conducted live makeup demonstrations and shared his techniques. He enjoys notable recognition in the industry, with his professional makeup skills widely acknowledged.
